How it works
Interior door configurator: rule-checked orders from size to frame
This demo builds an interior door order in studio mode: type and size, leaf model, glass, colour, frame, architrave and hardware. Every choice is checked against production rules; impossible combinations are disabled and out-of-range sizes are corrected or flagged. The result is a priced bill of materials and a PDF with technical views.

Type and size
Choose single or double leaf, side panels and the room type (room, bathroom, office), then enter the leaf width, height and wall thickness.

Leaf and glass
Choose the model, glass ratio and glass type, colour and finish. Colours the model does not offer and glass ratios above the limit cannot be selected.

Frame and hardware
A frame that suits the wall thickness is selected automatically. Add architrave, opening direction, lock, handle and hinges.

Outputs
Open and closed 3D views, dimensioned technical views, a priced bill of materials and a PDF quote.
Rules it checks
- Leaf width 60-110 cm and height 190-240 cm; a 110 cm leaf only from 210 cm height.
- Non-standard sizes add a custom production surcharge.
- An adjustable frame is chosen for the wall thickness; near the edge of its range you are reminded to measure including plaster and tiles.
- Double leaves must total 120-200 cm; doors wider than 260 cm cannot be made in one frame, so side panels are narrowed.
- Concealed frames need a flat leaf and concealed hinges; no architrave is used.
- Offices get an accessibility warning when the clear opening is narrow; bathrooms get moisture-resistant finishes, a WC lock and frosted glass recommended.

How is the frame size chosen?
An adjustable frame that covers your wall thickness is selected and its adjustment range is shown. If the wall is near the edge of the range, you are reminded to measure at the thickest point.
Can non-standard sizes be ordered?
Yes, within production limits; a custom production surcharge is added. Outside the limits, a double leaf or side panel is suggested.
Can double leaves and side panels be combined?
Yes. If the total width exceeds the single-frame limit, the rule engine narrows the side panel and tells you so; the side panel frame matches the door frame.
Can it be adapted to our door catalogue?
Yes. Your models, colours and finishes, frame system, hardware list and production rules are built into the configurator.
